Kidzrock is a nationally acclaimed music program that teaches kids age 4-7 how to play an
instrument in the setting of a rock band. A whole new age group can now experience the thrill
of performing to a cheering crowd.
Students in Kidzrock rotate learning how to play drums, electric guitar, and keyboards as they prepare to play in a real end-of-session rock concert! The fun rock band format and performance helps kids fall in love with music and feel good about their abilities. Plus, the bands put on a live concert roughly every 10 weeks!

You're Never Too Young to Rock 'n' Roll
Each band sings and performs songs featured on the Kidzrock CD. Your little rocker will learn how to read colour-coded standard music notation while playing on modified instruments for smaller sized hands. Drums, guitar, keyboard and vocal are all taught in this fun, weekly 45-minute band class.
The Kidzrock songbook is comprised of kid-friendly rock songs written specifically for the program. Easy-to-play songs allow these young music makers immediate access to performing and singing in a rock band.
The innovative program creates a unique experience by combining instruments, theory, singing, and performing in a group. Experiencing the rock ‘n’ roll fantasy as a jamming good time brings out every kid's inner superstar.
All instruments are provided by Taber Music School and no at home instruments are required - so there is NO practice expectations outside of class!
What Your Kid Imagines...
This is the image your child imagines as they're banging on your pots and pans, singing into hairbrushes, and plucking away at those rubber-band guitars. In their mind, they are making THE most awesome music for an audience of their biggest fans. They are totally rockin’ out! Kidzrock gives you the ability to give your child that experience right now. Your child may not be selling out Madison Square Garden just yet, but playing the drums, keyboard, guitar and singing in a real rock band could certainly ignite your child’s desires to do just that.
