Grab your friends, turn up the volume, and start your band! Our Rock Band program gives young musicians the chance to learn and perform together in a small, supportive group. With a maximum of six musicians per band, students will be coached through learning well-known rock songs, developing their ensemble skills, and discovering what it takes to play as a real band. Students can choose to play guitar, bass, keyboard, drums, or vocals, and no previous band experience is required. Depending on the group, we may even write and record an original song together! Each short-term session will culminate in a live performance for family and friends, giving students the chance to take the stage and show off what they've created together.
